\'Pinga\' Spring gin
Our spring recipe gin for 2017

Botanicals:
Juniper, coriander seed, liquorice root, bay leaf, chamomile, lemon balm, angelica, lemon zest, orange zest and bee pollen.

Gin and Tonic:
With a regular tonic and wedge of lemon

Suggested Serve:
25mls Pinga Gin
25mls manzanilla sherry
100mls of fever tree Mediterranean tonic water
lemon wheel and sage leaf

70cl 40%ABV
